What is EMS?

EMS stands for Electric Muscle Stimulation. Technically, EMS is a total body workout using impulse currents. Our muscles naturally contract through electric impulses (bioelectronics) and EMS training makes use of this effect. By employing hardly noticeable external electric impulses, which optimize the body’s natural muscle contractions, EMS achieves a maximum result in minimum time. The electric impulses are delivered via electrodes using an electrode vest combined with special  conductive underwear which is obtainable at Evolve Studio. The EMS full-body workout activates over 90% of the muscles fibers at the same time during each contraction and therefore produces a much stronger and faster result.
